Interesting combination of local Cataratto grape and northern Pinot Grigio. The wine combines the unique style of the Sicilian terrain and the floral, citrusy characteristics of the grapes. We find here in this glass unadulterated purity and pleasure while preserving and protecting the planet. They are therefore very strict at Feudi di Santa Tresa when it comes to working organically and sustainability. The Catarratto is the grape most commonly found in Sicily and is actually used primarily in fortified Marsala. Here together with its fruity mate Pinot Grigio it gives a tasty wine without fuss. Honest and pure! Intense aromas with hint of citrus and crisp tropical fruit with something salty at the end. Just delicious and soon in the fridge with it! Sparkling wine that puts the mood right in. Also great to serve with all kinds of salads. Breaks the fat of a sardine!
